My family and I have been members of Maple Springs for over four years and I joined the staff in July 2008 as the Coordinator of Discipleship. From our first Sunday in worship here people have always been very warm and welcoming. I am excited about serving long-time members while helping new comers learn about Jesus Christ and find a place to belong at Maple Springs.
I grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and have an undergraduate and master’s degrees from Western Carolina University and currently I’m pursuing a Master’s of Divinity at Hood Theological Seminary. My former employer of four years was the North Carolina Assistive Technology Program and affiliates including Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. My primary role was serving persons with disabilities in a 13 county region of Northwest North Carolina.
I enjoy reading, hiking and spending time with my wife Allison our two boys Elliott and Luke.
